Elément-Terre: a vintage that symbolises our commitments. Discover this new vintage, resolutely fresh and spicy with aromas of black fruits, liquorice, pepper and scrubland. An elegant wine, reflecting our Terroir and the complexity of our soils. For almost 8 years, the Domaine has taken a new turn, by taking an interest in and documenting the life of the soils. It was quite natural for Charles to start grassing the vineyard, then planting and conserving trees and hedges around the plots, but it was in 2021 that viti-forestry was introduced. An ecological way to combat global warming. Blend of Syrah (48%), Marselan (26%), Nielluccio (18%) and Grenache (8%) But do you know Nielluccio? Originally from Nebbio, Nielluccio is a very old red grape variety. In the Chianti region of Tuscany, it is more commonly known as Sangiovese which means "Jupiter's blood".
