A 100% Languedoc Cuvée! Complex and expressive wine, combining aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, liquorice and garrigue. The palate is fleshy on cherry liqueur with a peppery and spicy finish. It will be perfect with cooked meat dishes, duck and spicy dishes. Blend of Syrah (68%), Grenache (17%), Mourvèdre (8%) and Marselan (7%).
