Initial - Blanc 2022
An elegant and refined white wine! Beautiful complexity of this wine with a pale color with golden highlights. The nose is expressive with its aromas of lime blossom, hazelnuts and a hint of cinnamon which offer a full and dynamic mouth, slightly peppery on the finish. To be enjoyed as an aperitif, with fish in sauce, scallops, white meats or simply with cheeses. Blend of Chardonnay (75%) aged in oak barrels, Grenache Blanc (15%), Chenin (10%). Cellar sales price: €15.00 per bottle (€13.50 per bottle per case of 6 bottles)
